The Procedure

Thrombosis Prevention Protocol

We implement a comprehensive DVT risk-reduction program:

1) Intermittent pneumatic compression devices

2) Caprini score-based anticoagulation
For patients with elevated risk, we prescribe low-molecular-weight heparin (Clexane) for 5–7 days to provide chemical thromboprophylaxis.

3) Mandatory pre-discharge Doppler ultrasound
Before leaving the hospital, each patient receives a Doppler ultrasound to confirm there is no deep venous thrombosis.

Post-Travel Medical Follow-Up + Complication Insurance

After returning home, patients remain in direct communication with the surgeon, ensuring long-term monitoring of healing, contour quality, and fat retention.

Every patient receives comprehensive complication insurance, covering:

• Early medical complications
• Delayed complications after returning home
