How to Make an International Bank Transfer

  1. Select “International / SWIFT Transfer” in your online banking or at your local branch.
  2. Choose the currency you want to send (GBP, EUR or USD).
  3. Enter the corresponding IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code from the accounts above.
  4. Fill in the account holder’s name exactly as written: Sevket Gokhan BEYHAN.
  5. In the “Reference” or “Description” field, write: Your full name + planned surgery type + surgery date (e.g. “Jane Doe – Breast augmentation – 14.03.2026”).
  6. Check all details carefully before confirming the transfer.
  7. After you complete the transfer, please send us the payment confirmation (screenshot or PDF) via email or WhatsApp.

Important Notes

  • International transfers may take 1–5 business days to reach our account depending on your bank and country.
  • Bank transfer fees and exchange rate costs applied by your own bank are the responsibility of the patient.
  • Your booking is confirmed after the deposit is received and recorded by our clinic; we will send you a written confirmation message.
  • Please always use the correct currency account (GBP, EUR or USD) to avoid additional bank conversion charges.
