A new approach to breast aesthetics
Preservé™ is a next-generation breast augmentation method designed to place implants without damaging the breast tissue or the supporting structures that hold it in place. The philosophy is simple: instead of cutting through ligaments and natural tissue, a balloon-expansion technique creates a pocket for the implant. Ergonomix2® Joy implants are then placed into this pocket — implants that adapt to your body's movement, shifting between teardrop and round form to mirror the look and feel of natural breast tissue.
Incision
A small ~2 cm incision is made along the inframammary fold.
Pocket Creation
A balloon-like device gently expands the natural space between breast tissue and muscle. No tissue is cut.
Implant Placement
The pre-selected Ergonomix2® Joy implant is placed into the prepared pocket.
Every instrument used to create the implant pocket is single-use and manufactured exclusively for that patient. Implant size is determined together during the pre-operative consultation.
The pre-operative consultation is the most critical step in the process. During this visit, your surgeon evaluates whether your breast tissue is suitable for the Preservé™ technique and calculates the ideal implant size. If needed, a breast lift (mastopexy) or a hybrid approach with fat grafting may be planned. Every decision is made by considering your expectations alongside your anatomy.
Follow-up appointments are spaced at increasing intervals. All check-ups after week one are conducted online — you return home with confidence and continue your care via video call with Dr. Beyhan.
Anaesthesia options
The procedure takes approximately 40–50 minutes. General anaesthesia is typically preferred for patient comfort, but since the technique requires no tissue dissection, it can also be performed under local anaesthesia with sedation in suitable candidates.
Your trip to Turkey
Plan to stay in Istanbul for approximately 5–7 days. One night is spent in the hospital. Our all-inclusive package covers hotel, airport transfers and all logistics — you just need to book your flight to Turkey. After the first week, all follow-ups are handled via online video call from your home country.
