The least invasive method for breast augmentation with Motiva® Ergonomix2® Joy implants in Turkey — protecting your natural tissues, structure and sensation.
*Less invasive compared to traditional breast augmentation · Free online consultation available worldwide
Preservé™ is a next-generation breast augmentation method designed to place implants without damaging the breast tissue or the supporting structures that hold it in place. The philosophy is simple: instead of cutting through ligaments and natural tissue, a balloon-expansion technique creates a pocket for the implant. Ergonomix2® Joy implants are then placed into this pocket — implants that adapt to your body's movement, shifting between teardrop and round form to mirror the look and feel of natural breast tissue.
Preservé™ certified plastic surgeon based in Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Beyhan's approach emphasises personalised care and precision — achieving natural-looking results by combining advanced techniques with a deep understanding of each patient's anatomy and goals.
The Preservé™ technique, due to its minimally invasive nature, allows the procedure to be performed without the need for general anaesthesia.
Through a 2.5 cm incision, a balloon expander device is placed between the muscle and breast tissue, creating space for the implants while preserving the ligaments that surround the breast.
The pre-selected premium Ergonomix2® Joy implant is placed into the prepared pocket. No drains are needed.

Because the Preservé™ technique preserves both muscle and breast tissue — without cutting or dissecting — recovery is remarkably fast and smooth compared to traditional breast augmentation.
Most patients are discharged the same day. There is no need for an overnight hospital stay with the Preservé™ technique.
A true walk-in, walk-out procedure. Preservé™ is performed under twilight sedation — you breathe on your own, feel no pain, and go home the same day with no hospital stay required.
Stay for just 3 days after surgery for your check-up, then fly home. All further follow-ups are handled online.
Return to desk work and daily activities almost immediately. Your body recovers quickly because tissues are preserved, not cut.
Yes. The Preservé™ technique can be combined with a breast lift (mastopexy) for patients who have sagging or drooping breasts. In this approach, only excess skin is removed to reshape and lift the breast — the underlying breast tissue itself is preserved, not cut or repositioned as in traditional methods.
An incision around the areola only. Suitable for mild sagging. Minimal scarring with a natural-looking result.
An incision around the areola and vertically down to the breast fold. For moderate sagging. Allows more reshaping while preserving tissue.
In all lift variations, the Preservé™ philosophy applies: breast tissue is preserved, not cut. Only skin is removed. The implant is placed through the same minimally invasive balloon-expansion technique, combined with the lift for a complete result.
In traditional breast augmentation, patients with thin breast tissue are often told implants must be placed under the muscle (submuscular) to avoid visible edges and rippling.
With Preservé™ and Ergonomix2® implants, this is often no longer necessary. The soft, adaptive nature of these implants — combined with the tissue-preserving surgical technique — means that even patients who would traditionally require submuscular placement can achieve natural results with above-muscle (subfascial) positioning.
This means no muscle disruption, faster recovery and a more natural movement of the breast.
The Pinch Test: measuring breast tissue thickness to determine implant placement
The Pinch Test: During consultation, Dr. Beyhan measures the thickness of your breast tissue by gently pinching the skin fold. If the tissue measures 2 cm or more, above-muscle placement is typically possible with Ergonomix2® implants. For thinner tissue, a subfascial or dual-plane approach may be recommended — all discussed and planned before surgery.
Breast tissue is not cut — implants are gently shaped around it. Natural sensation and tissue structure are maintained after surgery.
Intervention to natural support structures is kept to a minimum. Smaller incisions, lower complication risk and a comfortable recovery period.
The pectoral muscle is preserved and damage to natural structures is minimised. Clinical studies report a 0% implant malposition rate at 3 years.
The SmoothSilk® surface is designed for low inflammatory response. No cases of BIA-ALCL have been reported in clinical data. Backed by a comprehensive warranty programme.
Motiva® SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implants are engineered to feel like a part of your body: soft touch, stable position and a natural appearance.
